How long have you been in the team?

I joined as a Supporter approximately 10 years ago, when the team invited potential supporters to attend a meeting at base.

What made you volunteer?

I am part of some walking groups who have needed assistance from MR, including a rescue of a friend with heart problems and decided to repay the debt.

What do you enjoy about volunteering?

I enjoy the friendship, attending country fairs, etc. and feeling that I am doing something worthwhile.

Anything else you want to say?

I hope I have helped to take some of the strain off the team members by helping to man the stall, manning the kitchen, rattling a bucket etc.
