TRAINING and social evening

Last night was our final session before we take a break from training for the month of August. Don’t worry…. we are still available for callouts!

The training consisted of a couple of simple navigation courses, mostly to stretch the legs out, before we retired to the The Druid Inn, Llanferres for some food donated by the pub – thanks for the support! We were joined by members of the Supporters Group, plus family members of team members.

We were also joined by The Mayor of Mold, Councillor Tim Maunders and Councillor Gareth Williams who had a short introduction to our mobile control vehicle and the technology we use during operations. They then went out on one of navigation courses for a walk with team members.

We nearly ended up having to go on a callout instead… see earlier post.
