SARDA Wales and NEWSAR filming

SARDA Wales dog handlers Ester Hooper and Tim Sherlock, also members of NEWSAR, were with other members of SARDA Wales yesterday filming in Snowdonia for the new ITV Wales series of Coast & Country.  Clive Lane, a Search Manager with NEWSAR and NEWSAR Mobile 1 also played their part in the opening scenes as a mock search exercise was set up with Clive providing the search area information to the dog handlers.  The episode is due to be aired on ITV Wales at 8pm on Friday 18th March.  SARDA Wales expressed their gratitude to NEWSAR for supporting SARDA Wales in this opportunity to raise awareness of SARDA and Mountain Rescue to a wider audience.
