Missing person enquiry near Welshpool

Brecon Mountain Rescue Team and NEWSAR were contacted by Heddlu Dyfed Powys Police on Friday regarding a missing person in a rural area south of Welshpool. Brecon MRT were already mobilising to the location when we were called, therefore our First Responder monitored the incident remotely, with the offer to assist if needed. The missing person was located shortly after the Brecon team arrived in the area and they managed the evacuation. Great co-operation between North and South Wales teams.
