Lady with lower leg injury on Moel Fammau

We were tasked on Thursday afternoon to assist a local lady near the summit of Moel Famau. She had suffered a serious lower leg injury  The initial call came from a passing member of the public who also stayed with the casualty to help until after we arrived. Thank you to them and the rest of their group for their help. The team carried out initial treatment, including splinting the leg and providing pain relief. She was driven directly to hospital in Wrexham. We also transported her two children down to be handed over to a family member who came along to pick them up. Get well soon.
