Ken Skates AM Visit

Today NEWSAR welcomed The National Assembly for Wales, Deputy Minister for Culture, Sport and Tourism, Ken Skates AM, to our base for a visit to discuss the work done by Mountain Rescue volunteers in our team and across North Wales. We also explained some of the pressures the service experiences from finance to increased numbers of callouts. Mr. Skates made a number of excellent suggestions and offered access to various National Assembly bodies which we will follow up in coming months.
