Fallen male on Graig Fawr
We were requested to assist with locating and rescuing a male who had been observed to take a fall down steep ground on Graig Fawr above Meliden, near Prestatyn. Due to their injuries they needed rapid evacuation for we requested assistance from the HM Coastguard helicopter at Caernarfon who winched the injured person aboard and took them to hospital.
