CALLOUT - Lower leg injury at Dyserth Waterfall. 20.10.24
We were contacted on Sunday at 13:30 by @northwalespolice regarding a female who had sustained a leg injury at Dyserth Waterfall. She was with a small group, who had made a good attempt to descend to the car park, but progress was halted when the path became narrow, steep, and unmanageable.
Once on scene and after a full assessment, the casualty's leg was splinted, and she was stretchered down to the car park, where her husband drove her to Glan Clwyd Hospital. A few team members followed her to the hospital to assist her out of the car and into a wheelchair.
We wish the casualty a speedy recovery and hope they manage to enjoy the rest of their holiday
