CALLOUT: Injured walker near Halkyn
On Saturday morning we were asked by North Wales Police to assist a walker on Halkyn Mountain. He had suffered a serious lower leg injury. Team members provided advanced first aid, including pain relief and splinting, before carrying him out to our vehicle, then he was transferred to a Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust crew.
