CALLOUT 83/22: Cyclists stuck at Llyn Brenig

The fourth and final call on Sunday was to assist an older couple who were cycling at Llyn Brenig. One had suffered a mechanical failure while at the far side of the lake and was not feeling well enough to be able to walk back to the car park. A small team was dispatched from the tidying up process at the end of the Pistyll Rhaeadr callout to investigate and assist. When they arrived they discovered the stuck cyclists must have become unstuck as their car was no longer in the car park. A phone call eventually confirmed that they were safe and well and we stood down.
