Rescue of injured walker near Abergele

Late on Monday afternoon the team assisted a lady with an ankle injury sustained on a walk south of Abergele. After some pain relief and splinting she was lifted into our LandRover that had been driven right to the casualty location. Get well soon.

Missing person enquiry in the Rhyl area

In the early hours of  Tuesday morning, the Team received a request to assist North Wales Police in a search for a missing person in the Rhyl area – NEWSAR members were still committed to the Broughton search, but fortunately the missing person was found by police.
