Callout to assist Welsh Ambulance Service

The Team was called out to the Colwyn Bay area at 12:51 today (Sunday 6th April) to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service evacuate a person who had suffered injuries after falling from a horse.  Twelve team members attended and stretchered the injured person to a nearby ambulance.  The Team was stood down at 15:15.

A busy night for the team

NEWSAR team members assisted North Wales Police with two separate searches for missing persons last night. Incident 3/2/14 – Clwydian Hills

On Monday NEWSAR was called out to an injured mountain biker in the Clwydian Hills. 14 Team members attended. The injured person was treated by Casualty Carers in the team and taken to hospital. Get well soon!
